On the ground floor you have an open plan kitchen/dining area with ample amount of light coming through floor to ceiling glass doors. A shower room is also located on the ground floor. There are two double sleeping pods on the first floor as well as a light and airy living area with glass doors opening out onto a sun terrace/balcony. Outside, this house also benefits from a small enclosed patio with outdoor furniture.
If you’re driving an electric vehicle, the property comes equipped with a convenient EV charging point for your ease along with an onsite parking space. The use of renewable energy throughout means the whole set up is eco friendly and sustainable.
