Update – 5th January 2021:
At Midnight on 5th January 2021 the Government imposed a national lockdown in England during which everyone must stay at home. As a result we are no longer able to accept any holiday bookings with an arrival date during this lockdown period, however we can stay open to key workers who need to be in the area for work purposes or for other legislated exemptions.
Our team is in the process of contacting all guests with an arrival date up to and including Sunday 7th March 2021 to give them the below options for their bookings (amendment/postponement/cancellation) If your booking is after this date we would be grateful if you could wait before getting in touch so that we can deal with these bookings first.
We understand that the current situation means that there is a great deal of uncertainty around booking a holiday at the moment.
We would like to take away the worry and stress by offering special terms and conditions for bookings made with an arrival date up to and including Sunday 31st October 2021.
All bookings made with an arrival date up to Sunday 31st October 2021 will pay the normal deposit of 50% of the total rental plus our booking fee of £35.00 on booking. The final payment will be due a month before your planned arrival.
If for any reason your accommodation cannot be provided or if UK Government public health measures mean you are not allowed to travel (including national and local lockdowns/tier restrictions/rule of six regulations) you will be given the following options:
- Amendment – you can amend your booking to new dates and the deposit will be transferred in full to the new dates**
- Postponement – you can postpone your booking until such a time as you are able to re-book. Your deposit would be held by us and then transferred in full to your new booking. Postponed bookings must be re-booked by 31st December 2022**
- Cancellation – you can cancel your booking and receive a refund of the deposit you have paid, less our booking fee of £35.00 which is non-refundable. Please note that we are unable to refund any payments made towards a booking protect insurance policy. Refunds can take up to fourteen days to be processed and will be made to your designated account
**Please note that amendments made to bookings are subject to availability however we are happy to offer alternative properties should your current property not be available
