We understand that the current situation means that there is a great deal of uncertainty around booking a holiday at the moment.
We would like to take away the worry and stress by offering special terms and conditions for bookings made with an arrival date of Saturday 19th July 2020 – Sunday 31st October 2021.
Any bookings until the end of November 2020 will pay the normal deposit of 50% of the total rental plus our booking fee of £35.00 on booking. The final payment will not be taken until a week before your planned arrival.
All bookings made with an arrival date of Tuesday 1st December 2020 – Sunday 31st October 2021 will pay the normal deposit of 50% of the total rental plus our booking fee of £35.00 on booking. The final payment will be due a month before your planned arrival.
If for any reason your accommodation cannot be provided or if UK Government public health measures mean you are not allowed to travel (including national and local lockdowns/tier restrictions/rule of six regulations) you will be given the following options:
- Amendment – you can amend your booking to new dates and the deposit will be transferred in full to the new dates**
- Postponement – you can postpone your booking until such a time as you are able to re-book. Your deposit would be held by us and then transferred in full to your new booking. Postponed bookings must be re-booked by 31st December 2022**
- Cancellation – you can cancel your booking and receive a refund of the deposit you have paid, less our booking fee of £35.00 which is non-refundable. Please note that we are unable to refund any payments made towards a booking protect insurance policy. Refunds can take up to fourteen days to be processed and will be made to your designated account
**Please note that amendments made to bookings are subject to availability however we are happy to offer alternative properties should your current property not be available

This means that our business adheres to Government and public health guidance and we hope, provides our guests with the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep them as safe as possible at such a challenging time.

Secluded & Self-Contained
Many of our properties are in rural locations, away from the hustle and bustle of the local towns. All our properties are self-contained making social distancing easier. Please read accommodation descriptions fully to ensure they meet your location and accommodation requirements. All of our properties have key safes to ensure a contactless check in process. Key safe codes will be provided the day before your arrival.
