We had a lovely week at this beautiful house. Excellently presented. Plenty of space and lovely views of the sea. Especially from the master bedroom’s balcony. Easy to sit on the wall at the front of the house so didn’t miss having a garden. Direct access to the beach and sea in front. Ceiling fans in two bedrooms appreciated. Close to the high street. Space in front to park but also possible to be there without a car. Bus from nearby train station possible – for a taxi need to book in advance. Would stay again. Just watch out for the gulls who try to nick your fish and chips!

we had a wonderful holiday with storms and sunshine, excellent restaurants and the best location in Aldeburgh. The house was very comfortable and warm, with excellent equipment and good instructions. We would recommend it all thoroughly.
