Just a short drive from the Suffolk coast, it perfectly balances peaceful village living with seaside convenience. Ground floor comprises sitting room with comfortable seating; a door leads through to a snug. Further there is a well-equipped kitchen/diner – ideal for cooking a hearty breakfast or a tasty evening meal, and a family bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one king, one double) and a bathroom. Outside, the property features a beautifully-private stone paved walled patio garden with table, chairs and barbecue and a door leading through to the churchyard. It’s ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine, as well as al-fresco dining on warmer days.
Yoxford is a typical well served village and is within a short distance of The Suffolk Heritage Coast, RSPB Minsmere sanctuary, Southwold, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings.
