All I can say it was perfect for me. Loved the location as it was close to the beach which I really really needed. The restaurant was just next to Boat Lake. Walked daily to Aldeburgh. The Emporium was lovely to meander around. Boat Lake is perfect. Had all that I needed. It was EXCELLENT. Thank you

We have just arrived back from the Boat Lake. I have to say what a gem. This is a delightful place to stay. We both said we have never stayed anywhere with as many home comforts. There was absolutely everything we needed. Loved the little touches like books and DVD’s. Lovely pictures on the walls. Everything was very good quality. Sometimes when you stay places, you find the furnishings are a bit “worse for wear” and seem like an afterthought but this was just perfect. A very comfortable place. We will definitely be back.

‘First Rate Customer Service’
The staff at the Aldeburgh branch have been fantastic, especially when I locked myself out wearing my Christmas pyjamas with no phone or money. They had the caretaker come out in less than 30 minutes to let me in. They also sent back my phone charger that I had left in the apartment. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using you again.
Perfect location for wonderful walks with our dog. Apartment very clean and smelt great. Sometimes dog friendly properties don’t! Everything we needed was included.
The Boat Lake also had a torch included was invaluable for early morning dog walks as the village has no street lights! Great thinking by the owners. Just be careful with the front door swinging shut behind you, I got locked out!
