The central location also means you’re just moments away from the various town amenities including superb restaurants and nationally acclaimed fish & chip shops!
This reverse-level holiday home comprises well-proportioned, light-filled rooms with magnificent sea views. You’ll enter to find both bedrooms on the ground floor: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin with an en-suite bathroom plus a utility room. Head up to the first floor where you’ll find a light and airy sitting room with a bay window with a window seat making the most of the glorious sea views. This floor also features a well kitchen and dining plus a cloakroom. Outside, there is a small, enclosed front patio area with two chairs.
Aldeburgh offers a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, independent shops, galleries, delicatessens, butchers and wine merchants. The town is situated within the Suffolk Heritage Coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty and is connected by a network of public footpaths. Sporting amenities nearby include one of the oldest maritime heathland Golf Courses, sailing at the Aldeburgh Yaght Club and water sports. Orford, Southwold and Thorpeness are other seaside towns locally, with Thorpeness only being a 30 minute walk along the beach past the famous ‘Scallop’ statue.
