The rear entrance to the property is about 50m from the beach and 200m from the centre of town. Brilliantly located. Inside, it has a far more “cottagey” feel about it than the pictures may suggest. All the facilities are excellent and it was immaculately clean, when we arrived. Due to my mistake with the booking, we had a day less than expected. Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages went to great lengths to extend our stay, for a day; unfortunately, someone else was arriving. We had a fantastic time and hope to return. Thank you

The Waterfront was clean, tidy and in a perfect location (so close to the beach and amenities). It also has parking for two cars!

We absolutely loved staying in Waterman’s for the Easter bank holiday. It’s a spacious and stylish ground floor apartment, ideally located in central Aldeburgh, one block back from the beach. Convenient for the shops and equipped with everything you will ever need. The beds were super-comfortable and we really enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us. Thank you so much!

This is a lovely spacious apartment in Aldeburgh – nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed for a short break. Very close to the beach and well located for exploring Suffolk. Would definitely stay here again.
