Customer Reviews
Lovely little place to spend time in Aldeburgh, walking to the beach & shops.

A lovely place and nice and close to the high street!

This Victorian terrace house is well positioned for walks into Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. The beds are very comfy with new bed linen. The kitchen is well equipped. The house has a patio and lawn to the rear which was useful for our dog, we also used that space for a BBQ. Parking was a bit of a lottery since there are double yellow lines on the road, but we managed to park 2 minutes walk away on Church Farm Road, this is also where the walk to Thorpeness can be joined. There is the Railway Inn a few minutes from the house which we didn’t visit, but it looks welcoming and serves local Adnams Ale.

Comfortable cottage just fine for our 2 night stay. 10 mins walk to Aldeburgh which was good to work off the good food!

I would recommend this beautiful little cottage, it was spotlessly clean , toasty warm in fact we turned the heating down. The beds were the comfiest we have had in any place we’d stayed in. The bed linen, duvets and pillows were also very good quality. All the kitchen equipment was good quality, there was nothing we could fault. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
