Had a fabulous stay at No 69! We were so lucky with the weather so could make great use of the garden. Good location for beach, restaurants, shops, sightseeing and supermarket. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you x

Lovely house, spacious and a real home from home. The POD was a nice extra although we only used it on our last night as the weather has been so good! Garden is clearly much improved and very nice. Really great holiday, super area and we will be back.

We had a really comfortable and relaxing week at No69. The house is so cheerful and friendly – we were charmed by the nautical touches – and we were provided with everything we could need. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

This is my 3rd stay at this lovely and beautiful cottage. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. I look forward to coming back for another stay at this lovely cottage. Location is excellent, walking distance to all the shops. The house is decorated to a very high bespoke spec.
Kiilfred – Early Feb – Early March, 2024
Thanks for a pleasant stay in your lovely and well – equipped house! Nice to be set back a bit from the town and helpful to have a mile knocked off the walk to Snape Maltings! Charming part of the country. Recommend The Suffolk, The Red house and the Sailors’ Path to anyone else reading this.
The Ravencrofts – September 2023
We have had an amazing stay in your beautiful home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for self-catering & superior to any other home we have stayed in. Location also excellent, although out of the town lovely to come back and relax in the wonderful garden. The ‘Pod’ has been a real experience – allowing us to be outside even when the weather was poor. Can’t wait to return and already booked for New Year. Will def recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic week 😉
Melanie & Stephen, Yorkshire – August 2023

Great house, location and weather. We have had a splendid time. Particularly enjoyed relaxing in the garden. Charming nautical/ seaside theme. Visited Southwold, Blythburgh, Walberswick, Framlingham, Thorpeness and West Mersea. Fondest memory – eating lobster and chips for lunch on the beach. Thank you so much.
Rowena & Stephen – June/July 2023
Great base for great walks. Comfy beds which is unusual – well done! 😉 And great to get a Sunday – Sunday break. 5th time in Aldeburgh & will be back.. A bath mat in the shower room would be handy. Thanks for a great break. (Response: Now resolved)

Comfortable stay in a delightful home. Weather fantastic visited Thorpeness, Sutton Hoo, Southwold, Orford & Flatford. Loved the sunny garden and games. Maybe make back door key & code for the cushion box more accessible to guests. (Response: now resolved) Lots of lovely eating options in town – recommend Crosskeys & fish & chips
Bill & Ginny, Des & Ann June 2022
Comfortable house. Having such good weather it would have been better if we had been able to open the doors in the kitchen. (Response: now resolved) Lots of good eating options in town, but remember to book!
Lenna& Stephen & friends – June 2022
Lovely cosy house. Very much enjoyed exploring Aldeburgh. Golf course was smashing. Fish & chips tantalisingly tasty in the town

We loved it so much, we extended our 7 day stay to 10! Great location, wonderful well equipped, superb costal walks every day, great food and drink…. Mostly cooked “at home” but special “thumbs up” to Ash smoked fishes, Aldeburgh fish & chips and Sea Spice. Trudie adored sitting at the table overlooking the garden sipping her Fishers Gin (strongly recommended!) and reflecting on the day’s walk!
Mike & Trudie – April 2022
We had a fantastic Christmas in your lovely warm house, much appreciated after a blowy walk!! The kitchen is so well stocked we certainly didn’t need all the crazy things we brought with us. Will definitely return
