We had a perfect stay here in this lovely, well equipped cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. It even has a washing machine! Lots of hot water and a powerful shower were welcome after a day on the beach. The space is great and the outside areas are lovely for the children and for breakfast in the sunshine. It’s a good location for visiting the beautiful villages of Suffolk, or just for chilling and relaxing near Aldeburgh. I think you can tell, we had the best holiday! Thank you!!

Perfect sized accommodation for family use in a complex that has plenty of parking for visitors. Nice to have a garden area both front and back of the property to make good use of the sun. Property is located outside of Aldeburgh but that had its advantages of not having to worry about getting stuck in any traffic jams in town and was easy to reach many other sites around the local area.

Lovely cottage, well located, with easy access to beautiful Suffolk. Cottage well equipped, with everything you would need for a short or long term stay. Two well sized bedrooms and a spacious open-plan L shaped area for living room, dining room and kitchen. Outside seating in both the front and rear of the cottage. Already hoping to return at the end of September and many other visits planned thereafter including cooler months as the cottage has a good heating system. Highly recommended – Excellent.

The cottage is well laid out, clean and modern. It is set on a nice plot near farmland with other cottages in the barn conversion. The location is great with easy access to all the lovely local beaches, although is close to a busy(ish) road. We had a great few days stay here, such a lovely part of Suffolk.
