This light and airy property has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a relaxed way, offering spacious accommodation in the pretty coastal town of Aldeburgh.
Ideally located on the edge of Aldeburgh, ‘Hole in One’ is situated just a two minute drive from Aldeburgh’s shingle beach and bustling High Street.
On the ground floor, there is a lounge with a comfy sofa and a wood burner for chilly evenings. The small kitchen has all you require to self-cater. A dining table featuring bench seating offers a sociable space for evening meals. Sliding doors open out onto rear garden. From the seating room, stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a double and a single with trundle plus a family bathroom.
Outside there is a large patio and garden area with a beautiful open sided summer house offering deck chairs – a great way to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
Aldeburgh’s shingle beach with quirky range of fish shacks along Crag Path and bustling High Street with charming galleries, original independent shops, local pubs and restaurants are just a short stroll away.
Further afield you’ll find a whole host of local attractions on offer including the famous Thorpeness Meare and the world renowned music venue ‘Snape Maltings’

A very comfortable and easy stay at the cottage, everything was as expected and there was exceptionally prompt help with a minor bit of maintenance required while we were there. Would recommend as a base to explore the local area.

The house was as described, clean, and ideal for our stay with small kids. The garden is a good size, with a gate separating it from the road. The kitchen is small but fine for preparing simple meals. We had an issue with hot water when we arrived the first evening, which was promptly sorted the next day. The road is a bit noisy in the day time, but quieter in the evening and didn’t prevent us sleeping at all. It’s an approx 30 min walk to the sea, or a couple of mins in the car. There is a supermarket 10 mins walk (2 min drive) away. We would stay again, and found the house to be a good base for exploring the local area.
