This is a perfectly placed beautiful house, near the high street and beach but very quiet. King size comfortable beds and good blinds on the windows. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped, dining room spacious and the garden is lovely, with outdoor table. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastically sited close to the beach and High Street yet in both a private and quiet location. Part of an imposing Georgian property, it is spacious with a peaceful garden. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one on the ground floor and kitchen on the lower ground. Those with mobility problems may find the sets of stairs a challenge. The bedrooms and living rooms are good sizes with views of the town, marshes and the sea. Emma and her team were very attentive. We made the most of the unusually sunny weather for February with walks to Thorpeness and along the Alde but if the weather turned there are plenty of cafes/pubs and delis in the Town. I would certainly recommend it.
