The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises of a living room, kitchen/dining and a family bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms; a double, a twin room and a single room plus cloakroom.
The sought after coastal town of Aldeburgh is centrally positioned on the Suffolk Heritage Coastline with recreational facilities including sailing, golf, fishing and walking. It also provides a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, public houses, bakers and an independent cinema. Snape Maltings – the home of the Aldeburgh Music Festival, Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere are also close by.
A great area for a traditional beach holiday or a base for exploring this wonderful part of the Suffolk coastline no matter what the season.

We really enjoyed our stay at 10 Hertford Place. The location is perfect and so close to the shops and beach. There isn’t dedicated parking which we knew about in advance. We were able to find a space in a parallel street the first night and parked in the car park down the road for the other night. The cottage was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend there. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Location is great, street parking in the low season was very easy. Beds and bedrooms were fine. Newly renovated from what we could see. Certainly a newly appointed family bathroom (downstairs). WiFi worked well. App based SMART TV worked well. Well equipped little kitchen.
