Located in the peaceful village of Yoxford, 1 Tunns Cottage is a delightful period cottage, tucked away down a quiet lane in the heart of the village – ideal for couples and small families. There are local pubs/restaurants and a village shop, both within the walking distance.
Ground floor consist of a sitting area with comfortable seating with a wood burning stove and a door lead through to a garden area. The rear patio garden is a lovely spot from which to soak up the sunshine. Further there is a well-equipped kitchen/diner – ideal for cooking a hearty breakfast or a tasty evening meal. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom
Yoxford is a typical well served village and is within a short distance of The Suffolk Heritage Coast, RSPB Minsmere sanctuary, Southwold, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings.
