The property is wonderfully private, yet the house is located close to the shops, the town, the beach and the river. To the front, the house is approached on a private driveway with parking for several cars

The ground floor hosts three bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for members of your group with limited mobility, while the first floor hosts en-suite master bed with super king sized bed

Really comfortable stay with good sized bedrooms that was perfect for our extended family. Kids loved the large garden and private. Kitchen was well equipped. Sunroom was perfect for meals in the evening. The outdoor dining table and chairs were unfortunately not in a good condition and thus sadly unusable and so could do with a clean/spruce up.

Excellent spacious accommodation in a perfect location. An abundance of crockery and cutlery for the six of us. Great garden to sit out in and lovely conservatory for evening meals. Would highly recommend. Aldeburgh is delightful and lots of interesting places to visit in the vicinity.
