‘Emeny Cottage’ is a beautifully furnished three bedroom property located in a prime position on Aldeburgh High Street and only a stone’s throw from the beach.
As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into an inviting open-plan sitting/diner with a lovely woodburning stove – ideal for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and has a stable door leading to a small patio. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.
On the first floor is a king bedroom as well as a family bathroom. The further two bedrooms are – a twin and a single.
Outside the cottage you’ll find a small patio to the rear, as well as a small seating area with a bench to the front of the property
The sought after coastal town of Aldeburgh is centrally positioned on the Suffolk Heritage Coastline with recreational facilities including sailing, golf, fishing and walking. It also provides a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, public houses, bakers and an independent cinema. Snape Maltings – the home of the Aldeburgh Music Festival, Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere are also close by.
A great area for a traditional beach holiday or a base for exploring this wonderful part of the Suffolk coastline no matter what the season.
