Absolutely gorgeous house. We were here for a family birthday. There were 10 of us ranging from 75 to 11 years and it suited us all. Plenty of room and having 3 en suite rooms was great. Location is great, we walked the beach path to Aldeburgh which takes 45 mins and had Sunday lunch at the house’s local, the Dolphin which everyone enjoyed. Thanks for an amazing stay.

From the start to finish I couldn’t fault our stay at the house. It felt so warm and welcoming when we arrived and even had a Christmas tree in the kitchen area which was magical. It had everything we needed for our stay and the beds were so comfortable. There were 3 generations of us staying and it catered for us all. We were also allowed to delay our departure which was very helpful to us. Thank you to Emma and her team for making our stay so memorable.

Wonderful stay with friends here on the weekend – beautiful home, lots of communal large spaces, beautiful open plan kitchen and diner which was great for cooking in together and good bbq facilities. Walkable to the beach and beautiful pubs in surrounding areas!

Amazing property for for extended family to celebrate my mums 70th Birthday. We all had a great time and was close enough to village centre for grandparents to come along. Everyone loved the open spaces and we were very lucky with the weather.
