Description
17 Park Lane is a mid-terrace Victorian townhouse that has recently undergone an extensive renovation and been decorated to the highest spec. It sleeps up to 7 guests.
Situated in one of the most sought after streets in the historic sea-side town of Aldeburgh with easy access to the High Street and all its amenities, the house is just three streets from the beach. Equipped with ceiling fans for hot weather, an outdoor shower for post swim, and a log burner for cosy winter evenings, this house is an ideal base for year round holidays and short breaks for families or groups of friends looking to explore the Suffolk coastline. The shingle beach is very popular and the High Street has many independent shops. You will never be short of places to eat and drink. A visit to an award winning fish & chip shop is a must! The surrounding area has plenty of attractions including Orford Castle, Orford Ness, RSPB Nature Reserve and Thorpeness Meare where you can hire rowing boats, canoes and kayaks.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors with a bright and sunny kitchen/dining room leading to the garden. The Sitting Room has concealed sliding doors which can be closed to separate it from the Snug. Both rooms have flatscreen TVs.
The bedrooms are spread out over the first and second floors, two of which have an en-suite bathrooms. There is a family bathroom serving the other two bedrooms.
