Situated in the heart of the beautiful seaside village of Thorpeness, 1 Sanctuary Court is ideal for guests who have come to visit the area for long or short breaks all year round as it is just a short walk from the beach, golf course, pub and meare – where you can hire boats to explore the islands.
The bustling seaside town of Aldeburgh is a couple of minutes away by car and boasts some lovely restaurants, cafés, shops and pubs. The marshes between Thorpeness and Aldeburgh are perfect for bird watchers and there are plenty of lovely walks in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Furnished to a very high standard, this dog friendly house offers a spacious sitting area, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 well placed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including one ensuite to master bed.
1 Sanctuary Court has its own large private patio garden to the rear which is fantastic for children and adults alike. With access to the Meare Boating Lake at Thorpeness and just around the corner from the popular Dolphin Pub, it is a fantastic property ideal for a family break.
