Fantastically well equipped bungalow. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. A car is essential to explore the area, but there was plenty of parking. We had a brilliant time visiting the beaches, restaurants and towns locally.

Stayed here for a weekend away with girlfriends. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Easily sleeps 6. Courtyard was good for the dog as it was fenced in. It was a welcome sun trap after a windy day on the beach! Would visit again. Aldeburgh is lovely!

There were five of us and we had a lovely time. The house is just a few minutes drive from Aldeburgh so you would need a car if you’re staying, although we did have a nice walk from the house too. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans etc plus some basics like salt, pepper, oil and tea bags (which lots of places don’t include any more). Would return!

This is a lovely cottage well situated for Snape and Aldeburgh – both less than 10 mins away. The agent checked in with us on the day of arrival to let us know the property was ready (we hadn’t even left yet!) which was nice. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm but the other 2 rooms are softer so it should be possible to accommodate most preferences. Smart TV too so we were able to log in to Netflix and Amazon – an added bonus.

Peaceful location , well-laid out accommodation. Comfortable seating, and beds. Outside tables to make the most of sunny days and evenings. Great location if you have your own transport for visiting Aldeburgh, Snape and other Suffolk locations. Recommend.

Such a lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage has great amenities! There are lots of walks in the area but if you want to walk straight from the cottage expect to either walk along a main road or little drive. Would stay again.

Lovely bungalow that is far more spacious inside than it looks from the outside. It’s in a good position to drive into Aldeburgh and Thorpeness and is only 30 minutes drive to Southwold. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would book again if we are in the area again.

This is a comfortable and well-designed accommodation which has all the required facilities and will easily sleep 5 in the combination of two couples and a single. There are also two roll-down single beds that could be used for children. Location is superb and there are plenty of excellent pubs and cafes within 10-15 mins drive.
