Beach View Lodges

Our stunning lodges are situated on ‘Beach View Holiday Park’ which is a family owned and managed holiday park located right beside the beach between Minsmere and Thorpeness.

Beach View Holiday Park is perfectly situated on the Suffolk Coast and is just a short drive from Aldeburgh, Dunwich and Southwold.

Guests who chose to stay at Beach View can make the most of the use of the newly renovated ‘Clubhouse Cafe Bar’ which is open from April to the end of September serving everything from organic fair trade coffee and Italian hot chocolate to a selection of herbal teas. If you prefer a cold beverage then the bar is supplied by Adnams and Lacons and offers a wide selection of cider and lager as well as wine, spirits and of course Pimms for the ladies.

The bar benefits from stunning panoramic sea views from the conservatory and outside sun terrace. There are tables, chairs and umbrellas situated on the terrace where guests can sit and enjoy the view and the sunshine whilst enjoying a refreshing drink.

We highly recommend the ‘Suffolk Coast Cream Tea’ which includes delicious traditional Suffolk scones and tasty cakes. The Clubhouse also serves a selection of ice creams for the days when you would rather be relaxing on the beach.

The team at Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages will also tell you how good the wood fired pizzas are at Beach View. Available from April to the end of September you can purchase hand made sour dough pizzas with a selection of toppings which are available to takeaway or eat in.

Access onto Sizewell beach is available from the terrace for guests to use during their stay.
