Our first time but by no means the last since we have already booked for next year. The property was as described and was beautifully clean. We liked the layout with the kitchen cum lounge on the 1st floor with a view over woodland to the sea. Although it seems quite a way from the Coast it is only a matter of yards to the Suffolk Coast Path. The Agents were extremely helpful and arranged for an extra table & more chairs without charge so we could entertain relatives in the area. Lovely walks in all directions straight from the door it is easy to see why this is an AONB.

Very clean and modern property in a great location – just two minutes from the beach and around a 20-30 minute walk to the picturesque village of Thorpeness. The house is very secluded – the only sounds we heard were the birds in the woods and the crashing of waves on the shore.

Really enjoyed our stay. We walked along the coastal path to the Saturday morning parkrun (less than a mile) and to RSPB Minsmere (about 2 miles). We saw deer and other wildlife from the window. A great space that had everything we needed.

This is a spacious and light, newly renovated annex to the main house. It is perfectly located 5 minutes from the shingle beach, very quiet and great for walking, cycling, birdwatching etc. You can walk along the beach to Sizewell for breakfast and walk all day from there! We loved it!
