Stoney Beach is a lovely property to stay in. Facing the sea and spacious, the property has a charm and quirkiness that soon washes over you. There is plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms and plenty of eating space. Great for families who want to holiday in possibly one of the finest seaside towns in England. If you happen to be in one of sea facing rooms you are greeted every morning by the sight of the sun rising over the sea, the sound of the waves crashing to the shore and the distant hum of fishing boat engines. It’s a very relaxing, peaceful experience.

A fantastic house in an amazing location. We stayed as a group of 10 for a family birthday and had a great week. The house has everything you need for a large group and is very well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone to be together, and plenty of space to spread out across the various lounges and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and the whole house is immaculately kept and appears freshly decorated. The location is ideal with the whole of Aldeburgh on the doorstep so no need to drive to anything. The best fish and chip shop and pub are just behind the house, and coupled with the beech right opposite, you’ll not be wanting for anything. If you think the photos look good, wait until you see it in person! We’d happily return to Stoney Beach.

Stoney Beach is an absolutely gorgeous house, the photos do not do it justice! It is so grand, and the views are spectacular. There were 12 of us who went, and there was plenty of space and the kitchen was very well equipped. Aldeburgh is also an adorable village, perfect for a peaceful seaside getaway. Would most definitely recommends to big groups. Not to mention, Emma was incredibly accommodating and responsive which made our holiday relaxed and easy.

We stayed at Stoney Beach for 5 nights to be in the area for my sons wedding. It was a great house for us, 9 guests, as we had more than enough space to be together but also gave privacy. The house was well equipped. The cellar was a great place to watch the huge tv and the main lounge had amazing views across the beach and beyond. We loved the dual aspect of the top bedroom, so light and airy too. The positioning of the house is perfect for town and beach. Would love to return one day

Stoney Beach House is right on the beach, and the views are magnificent. Very comfortable property, and in a great location, handy for the shops, pubs, cafes, and of course the fish and chip shops. We stayed as a special birthday weekend for my wife, and we hosted our boys, their wives and our 5 grandchildren. We weren’t really bothered about eating in local restaurants, so took advantage of the outside bbq area. All together, a fabulous property, wonderfully clean, and in a great location. Stony Beach is perfectly located being close to town amenities and to the beach. The views of the sea are stunning from the front of the house and of the Alde at the back.
