Tucked away in the peaceful location, just on the outskirts of Thorpeness this detached holiday home offers the perfect base for a tranquil getaway, ideal for four couples, groups of eight or families, looking to holiday with their pets in tow.
On the ground floor you will be greeted by four beautiful bedrooms(with two en-suite), here you can find two super-king bedrooms, a king and a twin, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement for a variety of group needs. Also on the ground floor there is a playroom with pool table, TV with Sky and a wet room. A door leads to the patio, giving easy access to the beach.
Moving up onto the first floor, you will find a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room, an ideal social spot with wood burning stove.
Guests also benefit from north and south-facing balconies which offers lovely distant sea views. The dining area has folding doors opening to both balconies and has a glass table and eight upholstered chairs – ideal space for alfresco dining and soaking in the sun. Make your way into the kitchen/diner where everyone can sit around the generous dining table together, and open up the balcony doors to admire the distant seaviews and let in the fresh breeze of the coast as you enjoy on a tasty home-cooked meal.
The village of Thorpeness, is set around a boating lake known as ‘The Meare’. Thorpeness also boasts its own country club, tennis courts, famous golf course, cafés and pub/restaurant. There are many more amenities including galleries, a cinema, fine dining restaurants and pubs in nearby Aldeburgh.
