The property is a delightful two-storey holiday cottage in the heart of Aldeburgh and is just a stones throw away from the beach. I stayed in the cottage over half term with my two children and we had a super time. The cottage was exactly as described and very clean. Emma had great communication and emailed and called before our arrival with access details. The home itself is in an excellent location, a stone’s throw from the beach and shops. We loved the proximity to everything. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, heating was fast and very effective, and the shower was good. We were lucky in that we went the week before all the school’s were off so parking was not a problem and we found some non fee paying spaces near the cottage by the sea, otherwise you would likely need to pay to park for 4hrs nearby and then move the car…or park a few streets away. All in all a super cottage and a great stay. Would go again.

Waterfront Cottage is a perfect little Aldeburgh bolt hole. We were a party of two adults / two teenagers. Plenty of space, nice bedding and towels, and well kitted out. The upside / down layout with the sitting room upstairs works really well. Great central location and plenty to walk to in Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. The agents were very easy to deal with too. Would recommend.

The cottage is ideal, it is just across from the beach and 2 minutes from the shops restaurants and bars, great walks, The Cottage is very comfortable and has everything you need , comfortable and good quality furnishings and bed linen .this was our second visit and have re booked for next year already.

‘Dream seaside rental Waterfront cottage’. Superb service couldn’t be faulted in any way.
Waterfront cottage couldn’t be better situated for the beach and the high st. Literally round the corner.
The cottage has everything you might need for your stay. It is tastefully decorated and very clean.
My teenage boys and I stayed for a memorable weekend for walks, coffee on the high street, pub lunches and dinner in a local restaurant.
