Conveniently located near the centre of the beautiful market town of Woodbridge, this three bedroom holiday home is finished to an extremely high standard and is ideally positioned within close proximity to the train station, cinema, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the River Deben.

Tanyard House offers a lounge and a sitting area on the ground floor with sliding doors open out onto enclosed patio – a lovely spot to enjoy an evening drink or meal during the summer months.. There is also an open plan kitchen cum dining area with all the necessary mod-cons you would expect from a modern self catering house. There is an ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor. First floor offers two well proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. The house also offers an onsite parking space.

Situated on the River Deben, Woodbridge is a thriving and highly regarded market town in East Suffolk offering a wealth of amenities. the property is short walk from the main thoroughfare and beautiful River Deben which runs alongside the town and is popular for boating, walking and wildlife with wonderful views over to world-renowned site of Sutton Hoo. For nature enthusiasts the area offers delightful coastal walks and exhilarating cycle rides. Famous destinations such as Orford, Shingle Street, Framlingham and Aldeburgh are all within a short drive away.
