There are beautiful beaches to explore at nearby Sizewell and Dunwich. The town also lies within close proximity to Thorpeness and Aldeburgh. This rural town is also a haven for walkers and cyclists as it is located near the coast and the RSPB’s Minsmere nature reserve, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB)

Emma from ACC was a great communicator before the trip, all the information we needed was provided. The house was fantastic for us a family of four, including two young children. It was immaculately clean! And had been renovated to a very high standard very recently. The garden was a real bonus with the children. The towels and linen were of a high standard. The space in the kitchen for sitting and dining was excellent. The location was fantastic as although there is not much in Leiston (though Rosie’s cafe is an absolutely must, especially their salt beef bagels!) having a town with a co op and shops on your doorstep was invaluable with children. I’d highly recommend Emma’s lovely house.
