Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, famous boating Meare, a vibrant pub and a renowned golf course. ‘Pigwig Cottage’ boasts three bedrooms, a modern open plan kitchen/dining area, living room, a large enclosed garden with delightful patio area ideal for al fresco dining. This cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the enchanting Suffolk coast.

We did not want to leave, we had such a lovely few days. The house is perfectly positioned for coastal walks, club lunches, morning swims etc. but it was also away from the busy areas so we could enjoy downtime too. All our needs were met!

Very nice house with very nice garden and private parking. Miles of almost deserted beach. Nice little town with opportunities to go boat and get good soft ice. Also only 5 minutes drive to Aldeburgh where you can buy many restaurants as well as fresh and smoked fish directly from the beach. Good starting point for exploring Suffolk.

The property was both clean and tidy. Everything we required was there and plenty of information was provided on the local area enabling us to settle in quickly. it is very suitable for pets as it has a large open plan kitchen area and enclosed back garden. it is also close to the beach and open land so easy to take the dogs out. The people we met in the village were all very friendly, and the pub at the end of the road is excellent as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages, given my recent experience.

Great location for dog walking, close to beach and a 3 minute drive to Aldeburgh. Well equipped with comfortable bedding and furniture. Safe, enclosed garden and parking for two vehicles. Two excellent TVs, good heating system and Wifi. Would definitely return to Pigwig Cottage.
