Meadow View, Friston, near Aldeburgh

Great house with a bathroom for each bedroom! Beds were really comfortable with quality linen and towels provided. The kitchen/dining room is a great space – we enjoyed lots of family meals around the large table. Plenty of parking which is a godsend when you have multiple cars with your party. Emma was always quick to respond and also proactive in making contact prior to our stay. Also extremely quick and helpful when we inadvertently locked ourselves out on one occasion! All in all we had a lovely family holiday based at the property and enjoyed being so close to Aldeburgh & Thorpeness, with places like Dunwich & Southwold within easy striking distance too. Excellent accommodation- slightly outside the town but that is the price you pay for modern spacious accommodation. Still very convenient for accessing Aldeburgh and other locations. Emma and her team were very responsive. A missing hairdryer was replaced within hours.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night break with the family, 7 of us slept very well. House is so lovely with extra touches like games for every age and books to read. Went to Aldeburgh which is no distance in the car. All in all a superb place to stay.

Had a lovely stay at No.4 Meadow View. We were lucky enough to have good weather on our arrival day and made use of the lovely patio area. Lovely en suite in the main bedroom and we found the bed very comfortable. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and very well equipped. The living area was also very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

A wonderful light, airy house close to all the amenities of Aldeburgh. We enjoyed the large eat-in kitchen and the great en-suite shower room. We had lovely walks to Snape Maltings and the beach. Altogether a perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful house and beautiful area, had a wonderful time while staying there. A totally amazing house. We spent 3 nights there for my 50th birthday with family who are a mixture of ages and our Labrador. The house is in a beautiful area surrounded by farmland which is very peaceful. Easy access to Aldeburgh which we know very well. The bedrooms were spacious and had great bathrooms. I really felt at home and could have stayed there a lot longer. Everything about the house was very well equipped and we can’t wait to return thank you.
