Little Owl is located within a nature reserve so along with herons, red kites and deer you will find an abundance of mini beasts. A Barn Owl is often seen sitting on a branch beside the gravel driveway. RSPB North Warren is within walking distance, a great place for bird spotting
An ideal base to explore the Suffolk Coast (AONB) and a wonderful place to star gaze. Walk or cycle direct to Thorpeness & Aldeburgh through RSPB North Warren. Dunwich, Minsmere, Southwold, Walberswick & Snape a short drive away

Two sets of patio doors, lead onto a large balcony with patio table & chairs, additional seating, overlooking the pond.
