Description
With magnificent sea views, Horizon Lodge is a family holiday lodge that is ideally located in a quiet and peaceful location on Beach View Holiday Park.
This dog friendly accommodation features three bedrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area with balcony doors opening out to a decking area with fantastic beach views. Horizon Lodge is a perfect base for bird-watching, walking, cycling and exploring the historic coastal towns of this beautiful area, making this a perfect seaside getaway but only a short journey away from local amenities.
Beach View Holiday Park also boasts its own on site bar and cafe with panoramic sea views from the conservatory and outside sun terrace. During the summer season the bar also offers a pizzeria with a traditional wood fired pizza oven on the terrace.

We only stayed at Horizon Lodge from mon – Fri (and booked it on our arrival day!!!!) but we had such a wonderful stay. The view is stunning. We played family board games on the rainy bits, which is always nice when the sea is outside your window. We walked to Thorpeness along the seafront which I highly recommend. The lodge was spotless and very comfortable. It was also lovely and warm. We will definitely be back.

Lovely spacious airy accommodation with good facilities and the location is fantastic, both in proximity to the beach and it’s unspoilt sea views. Emma was available when we needed and communication throughout was very good. Would definitely recommend and may be tempted to visit again in the future.

A lovely lodge with good facilities, great view in a quiet, unspoilt location. The beach is lovely, quite wild and windy so ideal for bracing walks and spotting birds (if that’s your thing)

We had a lovely stay. The view is incredible, especially the sunrise in the morning & it only takes a couple of minutes to walk down to the beach. The accommodation was perfect – we had 2 adults, a 5 year old, a one year old & a dog & felt that we had plenty of room. Very clean & had everything we needed. Will definitely be back 🙂 x

A very tastefully decorated, modern, chalet-style lodge overlooking the sea. We were there in February, so I imagine it’s great being able to sit out in Summer. Our 2 boys loved being able to get straight down to the beach and explore. We did a lovely walk direct from the lodge to Thorpeness and on to Aldeburgh. Great seafood huts on the beach and we had great fish & chips at the Golden Galleon (be prepared to queue!) We visited Southwold and the Pier and the Adnam’s Brewery. Only stayed for 2 nights, but would certainly recommend and would love to go back.
