Great stay at this place. Townhouse virtually on the beach that has been refurbished to a high standard. Feels very new and is extremely clean and well looked after. Has all mod cons you would need. Great location right by the beach and all the shops, pubs and restaurants. Communication from host very efficient too making it such an easy place to stay. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Very well appointed, clean home with awesome views and super close to the local restaurants, pubs and co-op. We had a great stay! Thanks great spot, in fantastic condition. The little Xmas tree was a nice touch for our daughter. We enjoyed our stay.

The property location was excellent for access to Aldeburgh beach and high street. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants very close-by. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, very modern and comfortable and perfect for our short stay by the sea! The check in process was very straightforward (despite our arrival very late at night). Parking is available immediately outside the property (pay & display), but neighbouring streets offer free parking which was available most of our stay. All of our communication with the rental company was very friendly and efficient, with quick replies to any questions we had. We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you very much!
